With over 17 years of experience supporting, leading, and educating social impact–focused organizations across the Bay Area, the U.S., and internationally, Jazmyn’s work is grounded in transformation. She brings unmatched insight, empathy, and strategic vision to every partnership — bridging lived experience with leadership to create lasting impact.
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Jazmyn Brown has worked with local nonprofits since 2008, serving communities most impacted by violence, poverty and systemic oppression. As a survivor of gender-based violence, a former foster youth, and someone with lived experience navigating the criminal justice system, her personal journey fuels a professional practice designed to uplift providers and empower the communities they serve.

We envision a world where service-based organizations are fully equipped to lead with purpose, support their teams with intention, and create lasting, measurable change in the communities they serve.
Our vision includes expanding this impact by creating employment opportunities for individuals from marginalized and vulnerable communities.
